"We hired Antigua to cater our weekly Latino Nonprofit Leadership Program dinners on Wednesday nights. Every night we served Antigua's food, I was complimented multiple times on the caterer choice. The food even won over our finicky eaters. The participants in the program loved variety so, Antigua had quite a challenging task since we had participants in the program that were vegetarian and/or allergic to dairy products.
