-Please only apply if you are serious about being committed to Antigua.  We have higher expectations from our applicants than the average restaurant/catering companies. 

-Our employees are expected to learn at a fast pace, and grow as individuals, as they move thru our professional development training curriculum. 

-We give back to our community, and every Antigua employee is required to volunteer for at least 10 hours per calendar year. 

-Every six months we evaluate our employees performance, and every employee is required to do a self evaluation.

-We are a drug free company.  Every applicant will be submitted to a drug test at the time of application, and is subject to random drug testing

-We check all references, and we might conduct background checks.  Management and supervisory positions might require a credit check as well.
